The overall configuration design for the ruling Communist Party construction during the new periods came up with new ideas of institutional construction and the anti-corruption campaign. Institutional construction being the first theoretical innovation, the anti-corruption campaign of the ruling party is the achievement in a new around of theoretical innovation together with the ongoing anti-corruption campaign in enterprise party organization, thorough understanding and realization of which is of significance to implement the spirit of 17th Party Congress of the CPC, This thesis puts forward the author＇s primitive understanding of the theoretical innovation on the ruling party＇s overall configuration design on the above-mentioned three aspects.
