摘要 教育建筑的震后重建应该有更加积极的定位,发挥避难设施和文化中心等社会价值。本文结合灾区现状,指出教育建筑重建不可过于追求进度,同时应该统筹政府和民间的多种援助渠道,更多发挥民间平台的作用,在金融海啸的背景下保证赈灾资金的合理分配,并倡导绿色建筑材料的真正推广,积极采纳民间团体和科研机构的研究成果,进行研究性的灾后重建。 The education buildings reconstruction in post-disaster should be more positively orientated. displaying the social value of shattering facility and cultural center. This article combines the present situation in the disaster area. pointing out that the education buildings reconstruction in post-disaster cannot too pursue the progress excessively, simultaneously it should overall plan the various kinds of aid channels of the government and non-government, displaying the functions of non- governmental platforms, guarantying the rational distribution of the fund used for relieving the people in stricken areas during the financial Tsunami. and initiating the real promotion of green building materials, positively accepting the research results of non-governmental groups and the scientific research institutions, carrying on investigative post-disaster reconstruction.
