基于可持续发展理念的现代科技园规划设计——以营口沿海产业基地富士康科技园为例

The Planning and Designing of Modern Science and Technology Garden Based on the Idea of Sustainable Development:Exemplified by Yingkou industrial Base

本文在分析目前知识经济背景下科技园兴建热潮的基础上,总结了科技园规划与实施的影响因素,进而通过对营口产业基地富士康科技园总体规划实践的总结与梳理,提出科技园规划应坚持可持续发展理念、注重使用者的心理需求等设计原则,探索了科技园区内在结构重组的途径与手段。

This paper first analyzes the rising trend of science and technology park in the background of knowledge-based economy, concludes the necessary factors which affect the planning and implementation of science and technology park, and uses the Yingkou Fushikang Science and Technology Park as the example to propose different design methods. Basing on the sustainable development theory, the author mentions to pay attention to the mental needs of users in design, and explores the approaches and means of internal structure reorganization of the science and technology park.
