影响企业管理效率因素的假设与分析

管理效率对任何一个企业都事关生死存亡。因而,理清与把握影响企业管理效率的因素就显得十分重要。这些因素大致可分为外部因素与内部因素两个部分,细化则显得十分复杂。在相对理想的假设条件下,本文首先探讨对相关因素进行量化分析的可行性。然后,用以实际为依据的假定数据进行建模分析。最后,总结、分析所得出的结论。研究表明:在我所提出的九大影响因素中,企业规模、管理人素质、内部民主程度和信息化程度影响最为重要。它们在企业发展过程中,影响力在逐渐增强。

The efficience of management is vital for every enterprise. So that ,it is very important to make clear of factors affecting the efficiency of management and hold them.These factors can be divided roughly into outward factors and inward factors. Under relative optimal conditions,this paper discuss the standards of feasibility to quantize these factors at first.Then this paper use hypothetical data that base on real literatures of some enterprises to analysis modeling.At last, this paper summarize and analysis the conclusion.The empirical results show that ： among nine factors I submit, the scale of enterprise; democratic level; standards of infomatization have much more effeeting to the efficiency of management than others.And the influences of them are gradual increase in a course of development.
