红富士苹果摘袋后着色进程与抗氧化能力的关系 被引量:2

摘要 为指导套袋红富士苹果根据天气适时摘袋,避免日烧,对套袋红富士苹果摘袋后着色进程与抗氧化能力的关系进行研究。结果表明,套袋红富士苹果在十月初摘袋后2d即开始有明显的花青苷积累和红色表现,清除自由基的能力也明显增强,但只有到摘袋后第3d花青苷含量大幅增加后,果实遇低温强光时才可能避免日烧。建议红富士苹果摘袋时要注意天气预报,避开3d内的霜冻。 In order to avoid sunburn of bagging Fuji apple fruit by removing bag at proper time based on weather forecasting, Bagging 'Fuji' apples were used to study the relationship between coloration course and antioxidant ability of fruits after bag removing. The result showed that bagging fruit started accumulating anthocyanin, appearing red color and increasing antioxidant ability in the skin two days after bag removing. However, it was necessary for the fruits to have three days after bag removing to increase anthocyanin and antioxidant ability greatly enough to avoid sunburn when they met frost and strong sunlight. It was suggested that Fuji apple farmers should remove bags at proper time based on weather forecasting to avoid frost within at least three days after bag removing in China.
