摘要
缺氧诱导因子1是缺氧诱导细胞所产生的一种蛋白质,由一个120ku的α亚基和一个91~94ku的β亚基组成的异源二聚体.在缺氧条件下,促进红细胞生成素和糖酵解酶等基因的转录和表达,维持机体氧稳态.
Hypoxiainducible factor 1(HIF1) is a nuclear factor whose production and DNA binding activity is induced by hypoxia in a variety of cell types, which is composed of two different subunits: 120 ku HIF1α and 91~94 ku HIF1β. HIF1, as a hypoxia inducible transcription factor, promotes the expression of erythropoietin gene and glycolytic enzymes gene etc. in response to hypoxia which maintain the oxygen homeostasis.
