摘要
文章借助于金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜以及专业计算机分析软件,对不同模拟试验方案下的Q460E钢魏氏组织进行了定量计算和分析,给出了Q460E微合金化钢魏氏组织含量、热处理工艺参数及-40℃冲击性能的定量关系,并对铁路货车用制动梁相关技术条件的改进和专用的微合金化钢魏氏组织检验标准图谱的制定提出了建议。
With the help of the metallographic microscope, the scanning electron microscope and special computer analysis softwares, the quantitative calculation and analysis are made on the Q460E Widmanstatten structure under different simulation test schemes, the quantitative relations among the Widmanstatten structure content in Q460E microalloyed steel, the heat treatment technology parameters and the -40 ℃ impact performance are given, and suggestions are given on the improvement of relevant technical specifications of brake beams for railway freight cars and the drafting of the special standard spectrum for inspection of Widmanstatten structure in microalloyed steel.
