摘要
以天然膨润土为原料,大分子无机铵盐钼酸铵为改性剂,制得钼酸铵改性膨润土,作为味精废水预处理的絮凝剂处理具有优良的性能。对COD为21000-28000mg/L的味精废水进行处理。在投土量20g/L、pH为4、搅拌时间为7min、离心时间为12min的条件下,COD去除率可达到55.64%。是一种有良好絮凝效果的新型无机高分子絮凝剂。
Ammonium Molybdate modified Bentonite was prepared from Bentonite using Ammonium Molybdate as modified agent,which was used to removal Monosodium glutamate Wastewater. After the experiment, ,the conditions for Wastewater treatment are as follows:dosage of Molybdate modified Bentonite is 20 g/L,pH value is 4, the mixing time and centrifugation time are 7 rain and 12 rain respectively. The maximal removal efficiency of COD in Wastewater was 55.64%. So it was convinced that Ammonium Molybdate modified Bentonite is a new promising natural macromolecule coagulant.
