脉冲电光调Q 1.319μm Nd:YAG激光技术 被引量:3

摘要 Nd:YAG激光器输出的1.319μm激光在众多领域有重要应用,但目前研究重点集中在连续或准连续输出。采取对腔镜镀高选择性膜及使用色散棱镜等措施抑制1.064μm波长振荡、输出1.319μm激光,分别在自由运转及电光调Q两种情况下作了Nd:YAG激光器输出1.319μm波长的实验,得到调Q输出脉冲最大能量56mJ,脉宽36ns,斜效率0.2%,激光发散角2.5mrad,输出能量不稳定度约4%,使用KTP倍频晶体得到660nm红光输出。结果表明,用此方法实现电光调Q1.319μm脉冲激光及其倍频光输出切实可行,具有重要应用潜力。 The 1.319μm wavelength of Nd:YAG laser is very important in many application fields, but most of the researches presently focus on continuous wave or semi-CW 1.319 μm Nd:YAG laser. Lens coating and prism dispersion cavity were used to suppress the oscillation of 1.064 μm laser, then output laser at 1.319 μm. Experiments were carried out under the conditions of both free running and electro-optic Q- switched. The electro -optic Q-switched 1.319 μm Nd:YAG pulsed laser was obtained,whose max output energy was 56 mJ. The pulse width was 36 ns, the slope efficiency was 0.2%, the angle of divergence was 2.5 mrad and the instability of output energy was 4%.The 660 nm red laser was also got by the frequency doubling crystal of KTP. The results show that it is feasible to obtain the electro-optic Q-switched 1.319 p,m and the frequency doubled Nd:YAG pulsed laser by this method. This has important potential application.
