Ways to Unify Justice and Efficiency

公平与效率在社会主义公有制范围内是有机统一的,其统一的载体是共同富裕。首先,共同富裕是建立在高效率的基础之上的;其次,共同富裕又必须在公平的基础之上才能实现。

Justice and efficiency are two important topics and they exist in any society. In socialist public ownership the relation between justice and efficiency is organic unity. The bridge by which they can reach unity is to let every one become rich and let every region become prosperous. On one hand, common prosperity is based on high efficiency. On the other hand, common prosperity can be realized on the foundation of justice.
