摘要 提出一种基于STL格式文件的全四边形网格生成方法,该方法可避免基于CAD模型的网格剖分方法繁琐的模型修补工作,且与基于散乱点模型网格剖分方法相比,网格生成算法的效率大幅提高。该方法可对原始模型中的重要几何特征进行正确的分类、识别和提取,将几何特征保留在网格模型中,并在特征区域生成高质量的网格单元。提出一种综合考虑单元最小角和翘曲的四边形网格质量评价标准,以该标准为优化目标,提出了一种以面积为权值的Laplacian方法与小种群遗传算法相结合的网格光顺方法,在兼顾计算效率的同时,可有效地优化网格形态质量。多个复杂汽车钣金零件网格剖分的结果表明,运用提出的方法完成的网格模型质量很高,能够应用于有限元仿真计算。 A new unstructured all--quadrilateral mesh generation method from STL file format was proposed, which could avoid tedious model repair by using CAD model as the source for mesh generation. Compared with the method using scattered points, the new method improves its efficiency significantly. Some important surface features in original model were classified, identified, and preserved in mesh model with regular elements around. A quadrilateral distortion metric was proposed, which considered both of element minimal angle and warpage. An mesh smoothing approach of combining Laplaeian method and μGA for quadrilateral mesh was presented, which could improve the mesh quality significantly without effect the algorithm's performance. Two car parts were meshed using the proposed method, and they indicate this method can apply to finite element analysis.
