摘要
产品零部件选择性拆卸回收、产品维修/服务、产品零部件再制造等问题的关键是目标零部件拆卸技术。针对产品零部件目标拆卸分析的准确建模问题,提出了一个基于约束和产品拓扑组成关系的产品复合有向图模型。除有向约束之外,图模型还引入虚约束以描述拆卸问题中的复杂空间约束关系,同时提出后拆卸约束分组模型用以解决不完全拆卸问题,提出前拆卸约束分组模型用以解决多拆卸空间问题,并利用约束链概念描述约束之间的制约关系。产品复合有向图模型特别适合对目标零部件拆卸问题进行准确建模。在此基础上,建立了产品拆卸分析决策支持原型系统。最后以减速箱的拆卸为例说明了该模型及其系统的应用。
Selective disassembly is a critical technology in a lot of product life cycle issues, such as product parts/components selective disassembly/recycling, maintenance/service, and remanufacturing. Regarding to the selective disassembly modeling problem, a hybrid directed graph disassembly analysis model was proposed based on graph theory, constraints, and assembly topology concept. Topological constraints including directed constraints, virtual constraints and undirected constraints were introduced to describe the complex disassembly relationships between various sub--disassemblies. Furthermore, pre--disassembly group model and post--disassembly group model were proposed to describe the multiple disassembly scenario problem and the incomplete disassembly problem respectively. Therefore, the restricting and restricted relationships between sub--disassemblies can be described by constraint chains. The model proposed can be used in modeling product selective disassembly analysis and decision. Finally, the model's application was illustrated with a gearbox disassembly example.
