摘要
采用失重法、腐蚀电化学试验方法、电偶腐蚀试验方法,研究了铝合金(Al6061)在人工海水中的耐腐蚀性能和电化学特性及其与环氧碳纤维复合材料T700偶接后的电偶腐蚀敏感性。结果表明,Al6061在人工海水中有一定的电化学腐蚀钝化性;Al6061与T700偶接后,电偶腐蚀使Al6061的腐蚀速度明显加快,人工海水中通入空气使电偶腐蚀程度增大;在T700表面涂敷环氧树脂涂层,能有效控制T700与Al6061之间的电偶腐蚀。
The corrosion resistance and elec-trochemical properties of aluminum alloy 6061 in artificial seawa-ter were studied making use of weight loss test and electrochemi-cal corrosion test. The galvanic corrosion sensitivity of the Al al-loy coupled with epoxy resin-carbon fiber composite (T700) was examined using standard galvanic test. Results show that 6061 Al alloy was dominated by electrochemical passivation in the artifi-cial seawater. Galvanic corrosion promoted the formation and propagation of pitting corrosion of 6061 Al alloy,leading to in-crease of the corrosion rate of Al alloy. At the same time,pum-ping of air into the tested solution led to increase of the galvanic corrosion current,and serious galvanic corrosion occurred when Al alloy was coupled with electrically conducting T700. It could be feasible to effectively controlling the galvanic corrosion of Al alloy by introducing epoxy resin coating on the surface of T700.
