摘要
为了减少低档烟丝在风送过程中的造碎,提高其耐加工性能,对烟丝风送前贮丝房的温度、相对湿度进行了优化,系统分析了这两个工艺参数对风送前后烟丝整丝率降低量的影响,并对参数优化前后的烟丝、烟支质量进行了对比,结果表明:贮丝房的最佳工艺参数为温度28℃,相对湿度71%。两台卷烟机在参数优化后,风送前后烟丝整丝率的降低量分别减少1.53%、1.45%;烟丝风送前后含水率的变化量分别减少0.2%、0.11%;跑条前后平均整丝率的降低量减少0.675%,平均端部落丝量减少0.4 mg/支,单支克重平均下降0.01 g支/,吸阻平均下降6 Pa;香气质与口感变好。
In order to minimize the breakage of cut tobacco of low grades during the process of pneumatic feeding,the temperature and relative humidity setting in cut tobacco storing room was optimized,its effects on the long strands reduction before and after pneumatic feeding were analyzed,and the cut tobacco reduction and cigarette quality before and after optimization were compared,the results showed that: 1) the optimal temperature and relative humidity were 28 ℃ and 71%,respectively;2) after optimization,the long strands reduction before and after pneumatic feeding for two cigarette makers reduced by 1.53% and 1.45%,respectively,and the moisture content variations of cut tobacco decreased by 0.2% and 0.11%,respectively;the average long strands reduction before and after rod forming section dropped by 0.675%;the average tobacco loss from cigarette end decreased by 0.4 mg/cig.,the average individual cigarette weight decreased by 0.01g,the average draw resistance dropped by 6 Pa,and the cigarettes' smoking quality became better.
