摘要
卷烟生产企业采用PLC对空调系统进行调节,其程序设计质量会直接影响空调系统的可靠性和稳定性。对组合式空调的结构和原理进行了分析,提出了PLC程序设计过程中可采用两种节能策略:①最大限度地使用室外新风作冷源;②送风机频率根据送风温差进行控制,而非传统的由送风压力控制。同时,阐述了室内温度和湿度自动调节原理和PID自适应控制、空调系统的串级调节等控制策略。实际应用表明,两种节能方案效果显著,可节能8%左右,性能可靠,采用PLC作为控制器设计的控制程序满足了生产车间对室内环境的工艺要求。
The reliability and stability of PLC controlled air conditioning system in cigarette enterprises were directly affected by PLC programming.The structure and principle of combined air conditioning system were analyzed,and two energy saving measures adoptable in PLC programming were proposed: maximizing the use of outdoor fresh air as a cold source and adjusting the frequency of intake fan driving motor based on input air temperature difference instead of input air pressure.Moreover,the principle of automatic temperature and humidity regulation and control measures for PID self-adaptive control and cascade control of air conditioning system were discribed.The practical application showed that the two measures could save energy by about 8% with reliable performance and meet the requirements of indoor environment in production workshop.
