解放思想是发展中国特色社会主义事业的一大法宝,这一命题的根本是意识形态创新。改革开放以来,我们实践上的重大发展,理论上的重大突破,工作上的重大进步,最终要归功于对社会主义意识形态体系的不断创新与完善,归功于马克思主义的中国化。放眼世界,冷战后西方敌对势力发动的意识形态战争是对我国意识形态创新的最大挑战。意识形态战场的特殊性,决定了我们必须主动熟悉意识形态战争的规则、载体和战略战术。抓住机遇,宣传介绍中国特色社会主义意识形态的先进性,是建立和完善中国特色社会主义的重要内容。

Thought emancipation is one of the treasures in the development of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, the essence of which is the ideological innovation. Since reform and opening up, every major development in practice, every break- through we made in theory, every progress in work are ultimately indebted to the continual innovation andperfection in the socialist ideological system and the signification of Marxism. To take the whole world into view, the ideological war the West started after the Cold War is the greatest challenge we have to face in ideological innovation. The specialty of this ideological war determines that we must actively get to know the rules, carriers, strategies and tactics of the war, to grasp opportunity and actively let the international com- munity know the advancedness of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, build and perfect the go- ing-out strategy of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
