摘要 VO2智能控温材料由于可随环境温度变化自主调节光波透反射特性,从而可以机敏地调整室内温度,实现冷热双向调节,达到冬天保暖、夏天保冷的效果,而备受关注,成为了下一代智能窗的首选材料。VO2材料研究需要解决以下问题:包括纯相M/RVO2的控制合成;相变温度的降低及其变化温度范围的调控;提高二氧化钒涂层的可见光透过率,以满足建筑的采光要求以及廉价可重复制备方法的开发等。报道了化学溶液制备方法的若干新结果,并指出廉价的化学溶液制备方法可能是VO2智能控温材料产业化应用的重要解决方案。 Among numerous transition - metal semiconductor oxides, vanadium dioxide with various phases is of intense interest and has been extensively investigated for its distinctively optical and electrical properties. VO2 films are usually prepared by vapor - based process. So far no promising solution methods were reported. The direct synthesis of futile VO2 powders is confirmed to be difficult. In this paper, the state - of - the - art of research on VO2 thermochromic materials is reviewed and some new progress on solution - based synthesis of VO2 films and powders are described. The paper indicates that VO2 thermochromic materials are very interesting and the solution methods are promising to be applied to smart windows.
