摘要
运用固定床热解炉对废旧轮胎进行低温热解,设定温度范围为330~360℃。对热解后的产物进行冷淬,用实验机测得热解产物的冲击韧度。热解终温为350℃时固体产率最大,且钢丝容易分离,热解后产物粉碎效果较好,避免了常温机械粉碎或低温冷冻粉碎的高成本及污染问题。
The low temperature pyrolysis of waste tyre is carried out in fixed-bed pyrolytic reactor, and the temperature is set at 330 to 360 ℃. The cold quenching of the pyrolyzed products is performed, and their impact toughness is tested by impact machine. When the pyrolysis temperature is 350 ℃, the solid yield is the largest, the steel wires are easy to be separated, and the pyrolyzed products are crushed effectively, thus avoiding high cost and pollution from room-temperature machine crush and low-tempera- ture frozen crush.
