摘要
探讨棉麻细号竹节纱的生产工艺与质量。选择了苎麻和亚麻两种原料分别进行棉麻9.7 tex混纺竹节纱的试纺。分析比较了棉亚麻和棉苎麻混纺细号竹节纱各个生产工序的工艺配置和质量情况。结果表明:在前纺工序,两者的质量差异不大,棉苎麻混纺制成率好于棉亚麻混纺。细纱工序棉苎麻混纺竹节纱断头较少、成纱条干较好,但生产中易产生长粗节问题,应对细纱竹节参数及络筒清纱参数进行适当调整。
Production processing and quality of cotton flax or ramie blended fine slub yarn were discussed. 9.7 tex slub yarn was produced through blending flax cotton and cotton ramie respectively. Processing setting and quality condition were analysed and contrasted in producing cotton ramie and cotton flax blended yarn. The result shows that in front spinning process the quality difference between cotton ramie blended yarn and cotton flax blended yarn is less, yielding rate of cotton ramie blended yarn is better than that of cotton flax blended yarn. In spinning process, breaking ends of cotton ramie blended slub yarn is less,yarn evenness is better,while thick places are easy to be produced,slub parameter and winding cleaning parameter should be adjusted properly.
