Discussion of Roving Transport System Centralized Control Method

探讨计算机集中控制方案在粗纱运输系统中的应用。根据粗纱运输的具体需求,采用计算机集中控制各纱列的运行实现粗纱的自动运输。举例说明了粗纱运输流程中四个过程的实现方法,并针对多个纱列同时运输而导致的队列冲突现象提出了解决方法。认为该方案可以实现粗纱的大面积自动化运输,特别适合于现代化大规模集约型生产的纺纱车间。

Application of computer centralized control methods in roving transport system was discussed. According to roving transport practical needs, auto transport of adopting computer centralized control each flyer bobbin method was adopted. Examples were given out to indicate four processes realization methods in roving transport process. Conflict caused by transporting at the same time ,resolving methods were put forward. It is considered that the method could realize large scale roving auto transport especially suitable for modem larger intensive spinning workshop. t
