摘要
提出了一种合成无机类富勒烯过渡金属硫化物纳米粒子的方法。用二甲基亚砜作为分散剂,将钨酸钠水溶液经阳离子交换树脂获得的三氧化钨溶胶与硫粉混合,在高压反应釜中用不同的温度加热,可制得不同形貌的二硫化钨纳米颗粒。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和粉末X射线衍射(XRD)等手段,对所制备的样品进行检测分析,证实所得灰黑色产物是不同形貌的纳米二硫化钨粒子。
A process was presented for the synthesis of inorganic fullerene-like(IF) tungsten disulfide ( WS2 ) nanoparticles. With dimethyl sulfoxide ( DMSO ) as dispersaut, tungsten trioxide sols were obtained from exchanging sodium tungstate with proton in cation resin. The mixture of tungsten trioxide sols and sulfur podwer were heated in high-pressure reactor at the different temperatures. Investigated by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) , black products were confirmed as tungsten disulfide nanopartieles with different morphologies.
