摘要
目的建立西部地区村卫生室卫生服务能力评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法建立评价指标体系,并采取模糊综合评判法确定评价指标权重。结果2轮专家咨询回收率均在70%以上,权威程度均高于0.85,协调系数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一级指标权重系数分别为0.243 3,0.400 8,0.261 7和0.094 2。结论评价指标体系具有较为合理的结构,评价内容方面较为完整和全面。评价指标体系的效度、信度较高,也具有较好的稳定性和可操作性。
Objective To develop systematic evaluation indicators for health service capacity of village clinics in China western areas. Methods Delphi method was used to develop the evaluation indicators and the wegiht of the indicators was calculated with Fuzzy analysis. Results The response rate of the Delphi survey was over 70%. The mean of authorities was above 0.85 and the harmonious coefficients had statisticl significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The weight coefficients of the indicators at first level was 0. 2433,0. 4008,0. 2617 and 0. 0942, respectively. Conclusion The structure of the systematic evaluation indicator is reasonable and the contents are integrated. The reliability and validity of the evaluation indicators are good and the system has good stability and maneuverability.
