甘肃农村卫生适宜技术推广应用效果评价

Study on effect of generalization and application of appropriate technology of medicine in countryside of Gansu pro-vince

目的评价农村卫生适宜技术在2个项目县的推广应用效果,为今后农村卫生适宜技术的扩大推广提供科学依据。方法通过培训人员填写的《适宜技术应用登记表》获取卫生适宜技术应用信息。以调查问卷对项目管理者、被培训人员和接受适宜技术的患者进行调查,获取卫生适宜技术推广效果相关信息。结果农村卫生适宜技术在2个示范县县乡2级医疗机构的推广覆盖率均达到了100%,县乡2级适宜技术的使用率分别为100%和69.05%;77.38%被培训人员能熟练应用适宜技术,69.34%认为适宜技术易于扩散,83.26%患者认为适宜技术比原有技术疗效好,78.28%认为适宜技术费用低,76.02%认为适宜技术疗程短。结论农村卫生适宜技术在2个示范县的推广取得了较好的效果;被培训人员己掌握适宜技术,适宜技术得到患者的认可。

Objective To evaluate the application of appropriate technologies in two counties and provide scientific data for generalization of medical technologies. Methods Information was obtained by approriate technologies application table. Investigate trainnees and patients treated with the medical technologies with questionnaire survey. Results Application ratio of two counties were 100%. The coverage of counties and towns was 100% and 69.05%, respectively. 77.38% of trainnees could master the skill. 69. 34% of the trainnees thought the technologies were easy to apply. 83.26% of patients thought the effect of the technologies was better than others. 78. 28% of participants thought the cost was cheap. 76. 02% thought the treatment time was shortened. Conclusion Application effect of the technologies was obtained and the technologies were grasped by trainnees and accepted by patients.
