摘要 中国经济增长模式经历了由模仿向独立自主创新转变的内在逻辑和过程。政府干预下企业低成本竞争对于技术进步路径转变具有十分重要的作用,这种低价工业化发展是后进国家由模仿通向创新的必由之路。向下扭曲要素价格,高估企业价值的低价工业化是增长路径向最优增长路径回归的内在要求。 This paper analyzes the logic and mechanism of transition from imitation to innovation of China's economic growth pattern. It also indicates that with government intervention, low-cost competition is the key to the change of technology progress path and is the only way for developing countries to transform from imitation to innovation. The conclusion here is that downward distorted factor-prices and low-cost industrialization are endogenous of the best growth path.
