我国海洋经济安全形势探析

影响我国海洋经济安全的主要因素为国家宏观经济经济形势、海洋资源基础状况和海洋生态环境等。伴随着我国海洋经济的快速发展,海洋生态环境保护、海洋权益以及海洋科技相对滞后等问题,已成为我国海洋经济实现可持续发展的障碍。为此,我国应有针对性地采取相应对策,以便化解海洋经济安全危机。

The major factors affecting the security of China＇s marine economy are： macroeconomic situation, the fundamental situation of marine resources, and marine ecological environment. Along with the rapid development of marine economy, the protection of marine ecological environment, marine rights and technology have lagged behind and blocked the sustainable development of China＇s marine economy. Therefore, China has to take appropriate measures to address the marine economic security crisis.
