摘要
技术性贸易壁垒对中国出口贸易的影响从长期来看是正向效应,它是技术进步的阶梯,促进了中国技术进步,增强了产品竞争力。因此,中国出口产品在遭受国外技术性贸易壁垒时,我们既要妥善处理好技术壁垒带来的短期负面影响,更要看到其长期的正面效应。
In the long term, the impact of technical barriers on China＇s export is positive. The barriers can act as the steps for technological progress to stimulate China＇s technological advancement and increase the competiveness of its products. As a result, while faced with foreign technical harriers, we shall not only handle the negative impact of such barriers but also understand the long-term positive effects.
