摘要
研究泽泻超临界CO2萃取物β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺,以包封率为考察指标,进行单因素和正交试验。确定的优化包合工艺条件为:萃取物溶于乙醇、β-环糊精与水的比例为7∶100、β-环糊精与萃取物的比例为8∶1、在温度为40℃下搅拌1h。通过红外光谱分析,确证包合物的形成。
To prepare cyclodextrin inclusion with extract from Alisma orientalis (Sam.) Juzep by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide, single factor and orthogonal test were applied to determine the optimal condition of the inclusion process, with encapsulation efficiency as the evaluating indicator. The optimal inclusion process parameter are as follows: the ratio of cyclodextrin and water is 7:100, the ratio of cyclodextrin and the extract dissolved in ethanol is 8:1, stirring for 1 h at 40 ℃. The formation of the inclusion complex was confirmed by Infrared Spectrum.
