传统检验大肠杆菌O157的方法存在培养时间长,操作繁杂的问题。因此建立胶体金免疫层析快速筛选法。灵敏度试验结果显示O157胶体金免疫层析试纸条的灵敏度能够达到105CFU/mL。

The defection of the traditional detection method of E.coli O157：H7 are taking a long time and operating complexly. Therefore we establish the gold immunoehromatography assay （GICA） screening method. The results show the testing kit＇s sensitivity can be 10^5 CFU/mL.
