随着我国人民生活水平的快速发展,营养强化剂在提高人们营养水平上发挥着越来越重要的作用。现对我国近年来营养强化剂的应用进展作一综述,介绍营养强化剂的种类及其添加方法,阐述营养强化剂在我国的应用进展,包括应用发展的必要性、应用现状及应用过程中存在的问题等。
