摘要
对智能电子设备进行一致性测试、互操作性测试、性能测试和功能测试,是在设备投入使用前对其IEC61850兼容性、互操作性、极端条件下的性能和功能完成能力进行全面评价的必要手段。通过对比IEC69870-5-101标准和DNP3标准的发行和实施情况,说明了测试,尤其是一致性测试对于标准推广及实现标准目标的重要性。分别从电力公司和制造商角度分析了IEC61850产品测试应达到的目标,据此给出各种测试方法。指出IEC61850产品测试的难点主要在于:丰富的信息模型和服务模型;信息模型分层和模型语义的隐含性;发布者/订阅者通信模型引入;变电站描述语言(SCL)引入;自描述能力;可扩展性;功能自由分布。归纳了由此产生的需要解决的问题。
The conformance test, interoperability test, performance test and functionality test of IED(Intelligent Electronic Device) are carried out before commission to evaluate its IEC61850 compatibility, imeroperability, function implementation ability and performance under extreme conditions. The importance of these tests, particularly conformance test, for implementing a standard and actualizing its objectives is demonstrated by the comparison of issuance and implementation between IEC69870 - 5 - 101 standard and DNP 3 standard. The objectives of IEC61850 product tests are analyzed respectively from the points of utility's view and manufacturer's view, based on which, the test methods are brought forward. The difficulties of IEC61850 product tests mainly come of the following factors: abundant information models and service models, hierarchical information models and semantic connotation, introduction of publisher/subscriber communication modes, introduction of SCL, self-description ability, expansibility, and free function distribution. Corresponding problems are summarized.
