高效复合ReY沸石分子筛的合成研究

摘要 以水玻璃中的硅作为主要硅源,采用导向剂法首先合成出NaY分子筛。导向剂配比为m(Na_2O):m(Al_2O_3):m(SiO_2):m(H_2O)=16:1:15:300、晶化时间20 h时,生成的NaY分子筛的结晶度最高(90%),比表面积也最大(712 m^2/g)。然后将氯化稀土与得到的NaY分子筛进行离子交换,将分子筛中的Na^+交换出来,从而使分子筛中的Na^+含量降到最低。氯化稀土与NaY分子筛质量比为0.207时,交换效率达到最大;交换时混合溶液的温度对离子交换的影响不大。最终得到的ReY分子筛具有高吸附催化性能。 NaY molecular sieve was synthesized using silicon in water glass as the main silicon source by the directing agent method. When the composition of the directing agent was m (Na2O): m (Al2O3): m(SiO2): m(H2O) = 16: 1: 15:300 and crystallization time reached 20 h, the obtained NaY molecular had the highest crystaUinity(90%) and the largest special surface area(712 m^2/g). Then NaY molecular sieve exchanged cations with rare -earth chloride, which Na^+ were exchanged from NaY, so that the Na^+ content in NaY was up to minimum. The efficiency of the exchange was up to maximum when the mass ratio of rare earth chloride to NaY molecular sieve was 0. 207, and the temperature of mixed solution hadn' t observably effect to the ion -exchange. The ReY molecular sieve was synthesized with high absorption and catalytic performances.
