摘要
以廉价的柠檬酸为基础原料,通过柠檬酸分子内脱水产生乌头酸,而后在催化剂作用下由乌头酸与烯丙基磺酸共聚,采用异丙醇为链转移剂调节聚合物的相对分子质量。对共聚物的阻垢、缓蚀、分散性能和生物降解性进行了测试,结果表明此共聚物不仅具有很好的阻垢分散性,而且具有良好生物降解性,28天的生物降解率可接近90%,有利于环境保护。
In this paper, a new biodegradable scale inhibitor was synthesized by the polymerization of aconitic acid which was received by molecule interior dehydration and acrylic acid. In this reaction, the molecular weight of the copolymer is regulated by achain-transferred agent isopropanol. The performances of scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition and biodegradation are evaluated. The results showed that the copolymer had good performance of scale dispersing inhibition and biodegradation, the rate of biodegradation approached 90% in 28 days.
