Thin Layar Scanning in the Determination of the Contents of Berberine Hydrochloride in Scald Lotion

本文采用荧光扫描法测定了烫伤药水中抗菌成分盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法简便，快速准确可靠。其平均回收率为１００．６％，ＲＳＤ２．４１％。

Fluorescent scanning was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride,the antibiotic component,in scald lotion.This technique is easy,fast,accurate and reliable.The mean recovery rate was 100.6% and RSD 2.41%.
