门诊传染病患者健康教育需求调查与分析

目的通过问卷调查，了解门诊传染病患者健康教育需求情况，更好地为传染病患者服务。方法采用自行设计的传染病患者健康教育需求调查问卷对320例门诊传染病患者进行调查，由调查人员介绍调查目的和要求，对调查项目逐一询问并填写。结果传染病患者健康教育需求排列前5位的依次为传染病预防知识（57．19％）、所患传染病的传播途径（56．88％），合理的饮食及注意事项（56．56％），疾病诊治过程中的注意事项（56．56％），康复方法及注意事项（55．94％）。结论传染病患者对疾病知识需求较普遍，对非疾病知识信息需求较低，医务人员应经常开展形式多样的健康教育和认知干预，重视这一易感染群体的预防工作，阻断传染病的传染，提高护士自身素质是实施传染病健康教育的保证。

Objective To supply better service for infectious disease sufferer, we found out the requirement of health education for them though question survey. Methods 320 clinic infectious disease sufferers were investigated by self - designed health education requirement questionnaire. Results Investigators filled out after one by one introduction of objective and requirement in this survey to the investigation project. The results were top 5 requirement of health education in infectious disease sufferers were protective knowledge （ 57.19% ）, approaches of infectious disease diffusion （56. 88% ）, reasonable diet and notices （56. 56% ）, notices in disease treatment （56.56%）, recovery measures and notices （55.94%） . Conclusion Infectious disease sufferers have large amount requirement of disease knowledge, while little requirement for non - disease knowledge. Works in medical affairs should take various measures for health education and cognizance intervening, emphasize the disease protection work, interdict the disease infection and improve the quality of nurses. These are assurance of health education for infectious disease.
