摘要
目的探讨英语护理教学查房的模式和方法，提高临床护理服务质量及护理人员综合素质。方法制定计划并充分准备；评估查房组织者及团队组员的教学能力；选择合适的查房主题及形式；团队间相互观摩；循序渐进。结果英语护理教学查房激发了护理人员的学习兴趣，提高了护理人员英语会话能力及专业英语水平，护理人员学位英语考试通过率呈逐年上升趋势。结论英语护理教学查房可有效提高护理服务质量及护理人员的综合素质。
Objective In order to explore the model and methodology of English nursing round, implove the quality of clinic nursing and nurse skills. Methods Formulating a plan and adequately preparation; Evaluating the teaching ability of the host and team members ; Suitable the theme and the form for English nursing round; Viewing and emulating; Proceeding step by step. Results English nursing round has spurred nursesfnterest of studying English. It has improved the ability of nurses in both oral English and specialized English. The number that nurses passed the examination of academic degree have growed year by year. Conclusion Nursing teaching round in English could effectively improve the nursing care quality and nurses＇competency.
