降钙素原在细菌性感染中的诊断价值 被引量:3

Diagnostic value of procalcitonin in bacterial infection

摘要 在细菌性感染的诊断过程中,在疾病早期快速检出菌血症的存在对患者预后有很大帮助。而且,在疾病的不同阶段快速获得精确信息对临床治疗具有指导意义。近年来,很多新技术应用于细菌性感染的诊断,降钙素原的相关研究在近些年来取得进展。本文就降钙素原在细菌性感染中的诊断价值作一综述。 In diagnosing bacterial infection, it is critical for a favorable outcome that rapid identification of bacteremia brings out at an early stage of the disease. Furthermore,it is important that exact information on the stages of the disease is rapidly obtained in order to choose and initiate appropriate therapy. In recent years,many new techniques have been applied for the diagnosis of bacterial infection. The study of procalcitonin has gained many progresses. This review focuses on the diagnostic value of procalcitonin in bacterial infection.
