社区护理干预对提高糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life in Aged People with Diabetes Mellitus

对８２例糖尿病患者实施社区护理干预，２个月后评估干预效果：血糖下降，生活质量提高；使疾病对社会活动的影响减少，抑郁和焦虑障碍减轻；

A nursing intervention program at commuity level was conducted among 82 aged people with diabetes mellitus.Two months later,the evaluation suggested that the subjects' fasting blood sugar level was dropped and their Quality of Life was improved,which included the decreasing of negative effects of illness on their social activities,and the decreasing of signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety.Methods and organizational structure of community nursing intervention were discussed.
