目前，我国的基础教育阶段缺乏系统的职业生涯教育，致使学生从中学阶段步入大学阶段，面临诸多的不适应。因此，积极探索和实践，在大学初期做好职业发展教育的衔接工作，帮助新生适应大学生活，树立职业生涯规划的意识，为贯穿大学阶段的职业发展教育和指导起到积极的推动作用。
