In order to observe sterilization result,the chemical card was used routinely as indicator in pressure steam sterilization.But there is limitation to this method.If the card is put at a wrong site or the method you operated is incorrect,the consqaence of the indicator would be false and disturb your observation.Result from experiment indicated that when technical,chemical and biological tests meet the standard of sterilization,the result is reliable.
