摘要
竹南寨泥塑历史悠久,经过民间艺人长期的探索,形成了独具地方文化意蕴的造型与装饰特色,散发着浓郁的民俗乡土气息,体现了当地农民们独特的审美情趣,传达出丰富的精神内涵和文化含义。竹南寨泥塑的艺术特色可归结为以下四个方面:民族传统艺术中的写意手法;重彩不重塑;憨、稚、拙、朴的艺术趣味;视、听觉的巧妙结合。
Clay sculptures in Zhunan stockaded village have a very long history.After many folk artists study,they have formed a unique local model and style with the flavour of strong folkways.They embody the farmers＇ interests and express their rich spirit intention and cultural meaning.There are four artistic characteristics about clay sculptures in Zhunan stockaded village： arts freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting;paying more attention to colour; immature,simple and unadorned skills and clever combination of sight and listening.
