Commercial paper market is the market in which big enterprises and non-bank financial institutions underwrite, accept, and discount commercial papers for the aim of short-term financing. Commercial paper market, bank acceptance and discount market compose the whole bill market, as the subsidiary market of money market. It plays an important role in developing enterprise financial channel, establishing social credit system, and perfect legal system of commercial paper.
