在活性γ型宫内节育器中,铜的腐蚀行为因与不锈钢接触会受到影响.这种影响首先决定于不锈钢的开路电位.如不锈钢处于钝化态,相互接触使铜的腐蚀速度加快;如不锈钢处于活化态,两者接触后铜的腐蚀速度降低.同时,铜与不锈钢的面积比也影响到铜的腐蚀行为.大多数情况下,不锈钢处于钝化态,不锈钢/铜的表面积比越大,铜腐蚀受加速的程度越大.
r -type active intrauterine device (IUD) is made of pure copper and stainless steel along with indomethacin for bleeding control. Electrochemical measurements were carried out in physiological saline with indomethacin. Corrosion of copper in the IUD was affected by galvanic corrosion due to close contact of copper with stainless steel. The open potential of stainless steel was found to play a decisive role. In most conditions, when stainless steel was in passive state and acted as cathode, the contact promoted copper corrosion. While stainless steel was in active state, the contact suppressed copper corrosion. In addition, the area ratio of stainless steel to copper would alter corrosion behaviour. Generally, for passive stainless steel, the larger the area ratio, the greater the promotion of copper corrosion.
