Technological improvement of anchor construction equipment and process

针对大雁二矿的锚网—锚杆—锚索联合支护技术降低掘进速度的问题,通过现场分析和试验,决定拆除原锚索施工设备,改用煤电钻和SDB手动打压泵。现场应用证明,煤电钻体积小、重量轻,便于工人操作,大大提高了工效。

Against decelerating driving speed by the united supporting technology with anchor network, anchor rods and anchor cables in Dayan Coal Mine and by the site analysis and experiments, the electric coal drills and SOB manual pumps are used instead of the original anchor construction equipments. The practice proves the drill characterizes small volume, light weight and easy operation, and promotes the work efficiency greatly.
