用于多级离心泵抽真空吸水系统的大流量控制阀的开发研制

Development of the great-flow control valve used for the vacuumpumping water system with multistage centrifugal pumps

针对矿井自动排水系统中存在的问题,提出了多级离心泵抽真空吸水系统用大流量控制阀的设计方案,对阀的组件(电动执行器、控制电路以及外壳)进行了设计,并通过试验验证了设计的抽真空控制阀能满足多级离心泵抽真空吸水系统的要求。

In view of the questions which exist in mine automatic drainage systems, this paper proposes the design of the vacuum-pumping control valves, which are used for mine automatic drainage systems with multistage centrifugal pumps, designs their parts including electric actuators, control circuits and shells, and confirms the vacuum-pumping control valve can satisfy the demands of the vacuum-pumping water system by experiments.
