摘要
介绍了在同一轴上具有两个相同偏心矩的激振电机的振动磨,并且研究了两电机实现自同步运转的动态特性。通过动力学分析建立了自同步振动磨的力学模型,列出其力学微分方程,运用Hamilton原理导出了此振动磨实现双电机同步运转的自同步条件和稳定性条件。
In this paper; a self-synchronism vibrating mill is introduced, which is driven by two co-axial exciting motors with the same eccentricity and the dynamic properties of the motor self-synchronization are studied. Then, the mechanical model of the vibrating mill is established by dynamic analysis, its dynamic differential equation is set up, and the self-syn- chronization and stability conditions of this synchronous operation are obtained according to Hamilton principle.
