新型与传统旋流池分离效果的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of separation effect on traditional and new type rotational flow sedimentation tank

摘要 采用FLUENT软件对传统旋流池及新型旋流池进行了数值建模与计算,获得了各自的分离效率曲线与累计分离效率曲线,分析得到了不同粒径氧化铁颗粒在两种旋流池中的沉淀特征。为进一步优化新型旋流池设计提供理论依据。 Based on the FLUENT CFD simulation software, the numerical models on the traditional and new type rotational flow sedimentation tank were set up and simulated, and the separation efficiency curve and accumulation efficiency curve were obtained. After analyzing, the deposition characteristics of ferric oxide particles inside the two flow sedimentation tanks were shown. These results provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of the new type rotational flow sedimentation tank.
