摘要
通过对我国专家学者关于"企业培训"与"政府培训"的82篇研究论文进行分析,揭示了目前国内企业界与政府在培训方面存在的差异以及差异产生的原因,并在此基础上提出关于政府与企业相互借鉴的一些建议。
Through analysing the 82 papers about ＂corporate＇ s training＂ and ＂government training＂ that researched by the experts and scholars, this article revealed the differences and the reasons for the differences about the corporate＇ s training and the government training. And on this basis, it carries out the references for the two to draw on each other＇ s experience.
