摘要 英国继续教育的专业精神是一个不断变化的概念。在继续教育学院系统内,逐渐产生了多重专业精神的对立与矛盾,如何从冲突走向融合,是英国继续教育实现其整体目标的必然选择。 The concepts of professionalism in English Further Education colleges are changing. In the system of further education colleges, there gradually rises the confrontation and conflicts of mulitple professionalisms, such as the managerial, "learner - oriented'and bureaucracy. For colleges to move forward purposefully, a synergy is needed between these activities, together with mutual respect for the varying manifestations of professional practice.
