摘要
政治文化是一般文化在政治这个特殊层面上的具体表现。政治文化作为社会观念形态,体现着人们的政治价值和政治心理取向,制约着国家外交行为的基本方式和基本走向。本文试图从中俄两国政治文化异同入手,揭示中俄战略伙伴关系后的政治文化根源,分析当今中俄战略伙伴关系存在的问题并给出解决的方法。
Political culture refers to the people＇s political behavior and the social political life with political property, being concrete performance of the general culture in political special level. As Social idea appearance, political culture expresses the people＇s political worth and political mental mindset, controls the basic way and basic alignments of the national diplomacy behavior. So, the article tried to show the fundamental cause of the Sino-Russian partnership of strategic cooperation and to analyze and solve its problem, by way of comparing the same and the different of political culture.
