摘要
湖南省索溪水库拱坝始建于1974年,因种种原因,曾4次停工,5次复工建设,2004年主体工程基本完工。由于有关方面对索溪水库拱左右岸坝肩山体预应力锚索加固工程设计方案存在异议而未施工,因而水库至今未能按照设计正常蓄水位运行。针对索溪水库的实际情况,通过分析计算,提出了采用拱坝坝肩稳定与边坡稳定相结合的方法来评价索溪拱坝坝肩稳定,解决了工程建设中多年悬而未决的问题。该方法突破了拱坝设计规范的有关规定,其成功应用为今后修订拱坝规范提供了案例和经验。
The arch dam of Suoxi reservoir in Hunan Province was constructed in 1974,for various causes,the construction stopped and recommenced 4 times,until 2004,the main part of the project was completed.The prestressed anchor cable strengthening works for right bank consolidation has not begun for different opions of relative aspects,the reservoir has not been storaged and put into operation at present.In the light of the practical condition of the reservoir,through analysis and computation,the arch dam abutment stability is evaluated by the combination approaches of abutment stability and sideslope stability,the pending problem for many years in the project construction is solved.This approach breaks through relative regulation of arch dam design code and provides practical case and experience for the code revision in future.
